Georgetown Lake Open 2nd annual formerly montana kite roundu
Well weather is finally coming our way and the GTO is about to begin. December 5-7 2008
Georgetown lake is frozen and a group of kiters enjoyed flying on saturday 29th of november. The ice is solid and the snow is falling.
The event will introduce many new and exciting companies as well as competitions. Big air, kiter cross, rail comps and demos from the leading kite manufacturers.
This is a fund raising event for the Granite county Search and Rescue.
At the event site there will be medics, rescue clinics, warm food and drinks, and even a massage therapist for cramped and tired muscles.
Everyone is invited to share in the snowkiting experience that Montana winters are famous for.
